WOW! I can't explain what a great experience this was. I've always been afraid of the dentist office! Recently I broke my tooth and they got me in the same day and I got a crown and it feels great. When I came in to Dr. Ghotanians office I was welcomed by her assistant, she was very pleasant along with the rest of the staff. The doctor was patient and gentle. I'm so glad I found this office.
They have a passive aggressive, if not argumentative teenage girl as a receptionist who also displays poor attention to detail in making appointments. Nothing like awkward interactions and blame shifting to make you go somewhere else to get your dental work done. Other workers are fine, although my experience entailed conflicting reports as to what needed to be done.
