Our office had our annual open house holiday party and the cleaning crew that takes care of our building went above and beyond the scope of their duties. Not only did they do their normal cleaning, they washed our dishes for us. We were dreading coming in the next morning to clean up the left over mess from the party, which we told Vanguard that we would do the next morning.

Our company has been with Vanguard for one year. During our first meeting, they asked what problems we had with our previous cleaners and the cleaning crew corrected those problems the first time they came to clean. The communication with the Vanguard account manager, as well as the head of the cleaning crew, has been excellent. They handle our requests quickly and to our utmost satisfaction. You can tell that they really care about giving good service to their customers and do so at a reasonable rate.

Vanguard has been our janitorial service for a year and has done a wonderful job. They are professional and thorough. If we have requests or questions, their project manager is very responsive in responding to inquiries.

Vanguard has been our office cleaners for about 2 years now. They have done a great job every time. Anything we have asked them to take special care of has been handled beautifully. I would recommend then to anyone looking for a new cleaning company.

We have a relatively small office and had difficulty finding a company that was insured and willing to serve a smaller space. Working with Vanguard to set up the service was easy and they worked with our corporate office (in another city) to establish the payment logistics. The shining stars of it all are the people who actually do the cleaning of our office. They are thorough, consistent and exceptionally kind. Vanguard account manager often checks in to inquire how the team is doing. One particular instance that comes to mind, one of their teams assigned to our account was not performing to expectations. We have been using Vanguard for the past 6 months at our 52,000 square foot facility that has both general office as well as medical/laboratory space. The two teams that handle those spaces do a very good job. They are thorough and follow direction very well. Our account representative makes a point to check in often to see if there are any questions or concerns.
