The guys haven’t even left and I’m writing this review and that’s how happy I am with their work.Manthis and Ivan were punctual at 7am . Started work on time with no breaks hardly in between . They left it very clean . Worked on all my windows, doors and the cracks on the bottom of the outside area wall . Absolutely has very good working ethics these 2 gentlemen and highly recommend this company. Rimas was also very quick to give me quote and kept me posted with their arrival time . Heard Great things about Vanguard Caulking and decided to call Rimas up and discuss getting 26 windows and 2 patio doors re-caulked. Vanguard was my first estimate and after speaking with Rimas I decided to have them do the work. Within two weeks Mantis and Ivan showed up at 7:00am at my house and started working. They removed all the old caulking, cleaned and re-caulked everything, including my cement window sills. We had all of our windows stripped and re-caulked by Vanguard on Thursday. They came early and worked hard all morning. They did a great job and clean up. Would highly recommend.
I am extremely happy that I decided to choose Vanguard for recaulking my house. While I got cheaper quotes from a few other companies they did not want to remove the old hard caulking and tried to convince me that recaulking over old material “doesn’t matter”. Vanguard removed all hard caulking by hands, insulated gaps before adding new caulking. Cleaned debris after work, everything looks so clean and new. Very happy I chose them!
