I contracted with Vang. & Assocs on 5/14/2019 with Freddy Perez as my rep. to get rid of my timeshare with Marriott. I heard nothing from Vanguard & Assocs. and every time I call, I either have to leave a message and receive none or if I am able to speak with the receptionist Summer and request that I receive an email as to what has taken place, I never receive an email. I have been calling since Oct.,Nov, and monthly but have been unable to receive any information or success in speaking to anyone with regard to my contract.... read more
We bought a timeshare in Vegas and loved it for many years, but I have no use for it anymore now that the kids are out of the house and my wife and I are too old for the vegas lifestyle. I thought it would be easy to get out of, but they never make it easy do they. Thankfully, V&A did. At least there’s still some honest companies out there!
When I was a young man, I went to one of those free lunch deals and got trapped into a timeshare. I gave up trying to get out of it and kept it for many years giving away my timeslot to family and friends. I thought all hope was lost until I talked to John. He assured me every step of the way, until I was finally free. Again, thank you guys so much. Now that I got some extra cash in my pocket, maybe I should buy another timeshare...just kidding! haha
As soon as I started working with Vanguard Associates, I was relieved. They took care of literally everything and made the whole process feel like a walk in the park. It was fun while it lasted, but I really don't need it anymore.
Thanks for the help getting me out of my timeshare. You made the process easy. If anyone needs to get out of a timeshare, Vanguard is your best bet.
