VANGO SOLD MY RV - KEPT THE MONEYI I purchased a 1997 American Eagle RV from GLENN RHOADES at the VANGO AUTO GROUP on eBay (txharleygirlz) - There was a discrepancy with the milage (100,000 MILES) and I no longer wanted it. I got him to re-sell it on eBay - BIG MISTAKE - he got the money $34500 and 6 months later I have only received $15000. Now he won'y take my call or answer my emails.
Well it’s all the same story about Vango stay away from these guys. Does anyone have information about Who dey use for gap insurance I am told my vehicle has gap insurance but I can not find the paper work and no one will answer calls.
WARNING!!! Whatever you do do NOT buy a vehicle from this sorry excuse for a dealership. And pre warning for anyone looking at one of the range rovers they have for sale please do NOT buy it as you will soon regret it. I purchased a 2006 Ford F350 diesel from this dealership. When I arrived at the airport, they did pick me up as agreed. On the phone, I was told they had changed the High Pressure Oil Pump and the 'gaskets' on the oil cooler. Of course upon arrival and inspection, they had merely changed a valve on the HPOP and who changes gaskets on an oil cooler, right? We bought a 2003 Chevy Pickup from them December, 2011. Advertised on ebay as in excellent condition....totally misrepresented! The transfer case was cracked and had to be replaced, windshield wiper arm broken, service engine soon light keeps coming on (had black tape ovr it when we got it), and a lot of other things totalling approx. \$2365....called and talked to Glenn - they said they would pay for the repairs.
