I took two rings in to be replated. When I originally enquired, they quoted a turnaround time of under a week. Upon taking the rings in, this was extended to two weeks. After full four weeks, I went in to enquire about them and was told the work was still not completed. Disappointing service from a jewelers that is so highly regarded. Edit: Changed from 3 stars to 4. When I went to collect my rings, they were very apologetic about the wait and offered me a generous 50% discount on the cost.
Their work is exquisite! They created a diamond wedding band to match my engagement ring perfectly! The ring was an unusual style so the band had to be created to sit underneath it. Catherine is so warm and shares in your excitement for the big day! Best place to get wedding rings done!
I have visited Vangeli Jewellers on several occasions and was always impressed with the quality of work and service I received. Recently I had a problem with a gold chain but it was resolved promptly and with courtesy and a big smile … thank you again!

Just took a silver chain in to have it's clasp replaced. Pleasantly surprised to find was only $15, including being lasered, while I waited. From previous repairs long used to quality work being done at realistic prices
