Love the grounds and the staff is nice, but the new owners refuse to fix anything in a timely manner. The dryer has not worked in over a month. They just now are fixing the pool. The building's are old and run down needs work. In my opinion they are here to collect to money only.
Mold everywhere in the house got me and my kid sick missed a lot of school because of it the landlords won’t respond to any of ur emails or text they just neglect you.

I have never lived in such a place where everything is broken and run down. Nothing on this property is taken care or fixed properly now I’m sitting in my bed room at 1:00 in the morning watching my ceiling leak and it’s leaking in my other bedroom . Brown nasty water . Maintenance won’t come until tomorrow. My mattress is ruined . My toilet leeks from the bottom but they said they fixed it . I rarely have hot water is like warm very very unsanitary.
