Dr. Yium and her staff are excellent. The care I received was compassionate, patient, and kind. I felt respected and really appreciated how honest and direct she is. Office staff were polite, pleasant, understanding, and professional. It is easy get in contact with staff when there are questions, and they actually return phone calls. I felt like I was in capable hands during my care and I was handled with empathy and kindness at all steps of the way.
