Absolutely horrible WOW is all I can say. March 1st at 11am we were supposed to meet management to do our walk through and turn in our keys. They DID NOT SHOW UP. Emailed them back from their email with proof of day and time. The management for Vanessa view townhomes are incredibly unreliable in all possible ways. Please do not waste your time, money and energy to move in here, cause you are not gonna get anything fixed. Do not move here. These people are the epitome of slum lords. I have had requests in to fix a toilet with rusted out hardware in the tank so the toilet doesn't flush for over 2 months, I have had a request in to fix my dryer for 2 months. I have had a request to replace power outlets that spark when you plug anything into them for 2 months. Absolutely horrible I'd like to add from my previous review, when asked to get things fixed it doesn't happen, weeks of a dryer broken and a toilet. The children in the neighborhood run around with no parents present. The park is gross. Trash all over the place, kids break things. The cost of living here and nothing being fixed is absurd.. truly.
