Dr. Vanessa Elderman and her staff the whole staff is fantastic. Dr Elderman listen to what I was looking for and what my complaints were and then took care of all my questions explained. Everything explained that her partner would be doing the surgery on my feet for me just a fantastic group of people no harm no follows. Great office great people Extremely extremely dedicated to their patience and for their profession, I’m glad I found them very very good thank you Dr. Elderman
The appointment went well, all my questions wre answered and concerns addressed.
Great doctor
Typically medical teams would want to label all specimens in the presence of the patient to avoid medical errors and mix up, but the staff did not when I mentioned my concern. I was told “mix ups just don’t happen here”. This is a huge red flag. Hopefully the test results I receive will be for my specimen and not someone else’s.
