The two sets of acrylics I've gotten were not exactly what I wanted but not bad! One was ombré and came out dark green instead of black. The other she did sparkles without me knowing and I just wanted plain black. My cuticles have been cut TWICE and made it bleed both times. Not impressed by the removal process either which kinda hurt.
I would not really recommend. I got my nails done last week and two have already popped off but left the gel on my nail, and it stills smells strongly like it isn't fully cured. I booked an online appointment yet the person who was supposed to do my nails wasn't who actually did them. My caretaker seemed like they weren't confident in what they were doing, I had to do part of their job for them, and they did the cat eye design on my nail incorrect and never tried to fix it even though they noticed and looked at it multiple t... read more
I wouldn't return to this salon at all. I booked a full set Gel-X manicure and brought a reference picture from the actual tech and received what ended up being a low quality version of the manicure. I didn't want to complain during the process but I just didn't leave a big tip as I would at any other salon. The nails were too long when I asked for short and the tech made my nail beds bleed multiple times. The pedicure, although it turned out nice, was really painful.
