Worst experience….nails are not as expected…..total waste of money and she was trying to cut the top skin near nails and did a deep cut that it started bleeding…and then didn’t even acknowledge that….when I mentioned that my finger is bleeding all she had to say was “yes, you can wash your hand…”i showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails before starting..she agreed to that…but then in the end when I mentioned a bow was missing…she said she can’t do that and she can only add a sticker…couldn’t even understand what I was... read more

Did a terrible job on my nails they were very thick and lumpy. Also charged me for a full pedicure when I just had a polish change on my toes.

Edit: Owner replied and somehow made it worse. The cut is literally on her toe right next to the nail. Photo taken during the service. My girlfriend got a pedicure here today (she didn’t want to post a review but hey)and they cut her during the service. No big deal right, accidents happen, not the end of the world. What actually is pretty uncool is the tech calling the owner over, the two of them having a private conversation in Vietnamese, and then the owner walking up and telling her she came in with the cut.
