I booked pedicures for a group of 5 of us before our friend’s bachelorette and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. We called ahead and were given a time slot 2 hours before closing, which should have been more than enough time for a proper service. Instead, all 5 pedicures were rushed and completed in just 45 minutes. Me and my friends all went for pedicures. They completed the pedicure within 20 minutes, and rushed us out of the salon. My nails are all different shapes, the gel polish came off within a day, and they did not even scrub my feet. They upsold me on a “luxury pedicure” and this was far from it. I would save your money and visit a smaller shop like Beauty Nails in Guildford than to spend $85 on a pedicure that was quite frankly amateur.
Absolutely unacceptable. After 2 years as a loyal customer, this was the worst experience I’ve had. The nail work was poorly done and clearly below basic standards. What’s even worse is the owner was aware and chose to do nothing — no accountability, no effort to fix it. Completely unprofessional and careless. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this salon.
