I went in today for a waxing appointment and the staff were friendly, but my experience wasn’t what I’d hoped for. I had booked a forearm wax and mentioned that my skin on my upper arm does not react well to waxing, but somehow a misunderstanding occurred and the waxer began waxing my upper arm, so it was a full-arm wax instead. I also noticed the environment wasn’t as clean as I’m used to, which made me a bit uncomfortable.
