Dr. Sprague is in a whole other league compared to the Primary Care doctors I’ve seen. She is incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful with the specialists she refers you to (ie only the best). She has been helping me manage a chronic illness going on a year now and each time I see her she continues to provide excellent resources and treatment options. She is very empathetic and genuinely cares. I am very lucky to have found her!
Dr. Sandburg and Dr.Sprague are amazing ! Alicia , my nurse was so kind and thoughtful! All of these women helped me so much. They actually listened to my problems and took the time to try to figure out my health issue. They’re genuine and they really care about the patient. I will 100% be a patient at this facility for life!
We had one issue and I wanted to just believe it was a mistake; but now after two phone calls to Dr Sprague's office and nobody returns my call, I know I do not want her as our family doctor. First of all, my son needed to see a Pediatric GI. Dr Sprague's office told us someone would call us to set up an appointment. We never received a call for the appointment so I called Dr. Sprague's office and they said sorry...they are busy...you will need to call them and set the appointment up yourself.
