Doctor Vanessa Maris is Top of the line ophthalmologist truly the best!! I have put my health in her hands a numerous amount of times after suffering a stroke, she caught my condition right away and sent me to the hospital. I have been losing my sight the last year or so little by little. Thankful that I met her and her staff they are wonderful, warm, compassionate, caring individuals. Horrible first impression! Waited almost an hour and had to leave because I didn’t think the wait would be this long. I had to pick up my son from school. Maybe I should have planned for 2 hours for a simple eye exam. Anyway the staff should notify patients if doctor is running behind, that’s just plain courtesy.
Dr V and her team are great
I think Dr Maris is wonderful. I trust her as a provider and have gone to her for the last 6 years. However her reception desk staff are impossible. They are not helpful and will not try to help you. When I told them I was going to get a new provider because I couldn’t get my appointment rescheduled she said “ok,sorry.” I am going to a new eye doctor reluctantly as at least those staff were friendly and helpful. I will miss Dr Maris as a provider.
