Very friendly at the front desk and with the doctor in the exam room. I do have to point out this was my first consult and I ended up waiting about an hour. Apparently something may have been overlooked as though I gave my license and insurance I never updated a medication list or any other sort of first-time paperwork that may have been necessary.
