I have seen many doctors and I have to admit this was one of the most disappointing experiences. She had no intentions of reviewing the x-rays until I brought it to her attention. She left the room and was away for an extended period of time before returning. Upon returning there were 3 other assistants or nurses. I do not know because not one of them were introduced. I had a significant orthotic issue with my right foot: large bunion on the inside, Taylor's bunion on the outside and an excessively long second toe. After two years consideration and the issues only progressing, I pulled the plug and am so thankful to have had Dr. English do the work. She has an excellent bedside manner - very calm and considerate. She takes all the time needed to ensure the patient understands the diagnosis and prognosis.
