I LOVE THIS OFFICE THE LADIES THERE ARE ALWAYS NICE & PERSONABLE... ALWAYS ANSWER BACK WHEN YOU CALL WITH NO HESITATION.. AND THERE NURSE PRACTITIONER KIMBERLY BATES IS AWESOME AS WELL... WOULD NOT CHANGE DOCTORS OFFICE AT ALL.... GREAT JOB LADIES!!!! :)
Dr. Dance is a wonderful doctor. She has always listened to everything I have presented to her and addresses any and all issues I may have. I would most definitely recommend her to my family and friends.
Dr. Dance and her staff are amazing. I did wait about 20min., but didn't mind, since that's usually the norm with most doctors. I left feeling extremely confident with the care she and her office provided. I'm always anxious about going for my annual pap and care, but she truly put me at ease. I'm so happy I found her and I highly recommend Dr. Dance for your care.
I've read some of the negative reviews as this is my current doctor and I am 25 weeks pregnant. I just wanted to say that I haven't had any issues whatsoever. Kim Bates is the first I've seen and is super personable and all smiles, I couldn't have been happier with her. Dr. Dance herself seems a little less personable but she is very kind and professional. If I do have a bad experience from here on out I will write otherwise, but so far all is pretty great going there.
Wildly unprofessional and reckless.
First off every appointment seemed to be canceled and rescheduled. Came in one time and she had in a mask because she herself was sick. Then sent me a letter letting me know she is dropping me at 30 weeks pregnant because I could not get a prescription filled she thought I should be taking. Very unprofessional. Took me forever to find another doctor and I am high risk. Would never recommend her to anyone.
Waited 3 weeks for an appointment. Upon arrival waited in the observation room for over an hour past my appointment time. Was charged a $50 copay for less than 5 minutes of the doctors time who told me nothing since it was a consultation and asked that I schedule the next appointment... on top of that the doctor was not empathetic to my situation at all. When asking the receptionist a question about the copay she actually shouted at me in front of other people. Unreal experience. Never again.
We had an excellent experience with Dr. Dance. She took me on as a patient 29 weeks into pregnancy when we were having trouble finding a Dr. An Air Force family, we had just moved to the area and she was willing to support a fellow military family. I believe she's had experience serving too. She was friendly, warm, professional and personable. She took time to know me and consider the specifics of my pregnancy rather than making it feel as if it was all just routine.
