Don’t move here! The landlord Mike is a pathological lier and does not keep up with the apartments at all. Mine ended up having mold in it in multiple places and some type of plant started growing out of the wall because of it! He did nothing about it when I told him and brushed it off like it was nothing having me to deal with it myself. He could care less about the condition of your apartment when problems arise and does not do the proper maintenance of it that a landlord should do when it comes to the cleanliness of it.
