At first I thought I had a very nice Doctor. My first few visits were pleasant. Until She started taking a week or more to respond to messages. Wether it’s a med refill request or a basic medical question. So I voiced my opinion. She was so unprofessional, . She showed an attitude concerning communication issues that I’ve been having with her office. I waited 10 days for medication refills. I was told a nurse would call . Dr. Vanessa is amazing and I would absolutely recommend her! My husband went to several hospitals and doctors who completely misdiagnosed him. She was the only one, who like “House” could not let my husband’s illness go. And the next day after seeing his blood test results, she diagnosed what 2 hospitals and several doctors missed the correct diagnosis! Amazing! She also treats us like a family friend and spends the time to understand everything!
I highly recommend Dr. Ali-Pennock. She is always so kind and will spend time with you explaining everything. She is also such a nice woman. Everyone at her office in Plainview is very helpful and nice as well.
Dr. Pennock is the best! She is the sweetest and made me feel really comfortable. She makes sure you understand your diagnosis. I also love that she takes her time with you and cares. She will listen and answer all the questions you have.
