Mike was very friendly and professional and showed general concern for my well being after my accident. He was the only tow company to agree to come out during bad weather. He also helped clear up insurance stuff. Thank you, Mike.
Vandykes responded to a crash I had on 12/24/25 on Susquehanna rd. They got me towed right away and made sure I was ok before leaving the scene. When I returned I found alot of items I expected to be ejected were actually located and waiting for me to retrieve. Very respectful company. Would recommend.

Professional and communicated well. Got my car back safe and sound. It was a little late at night and they still had no problem coming out
Poor customer service this company towed my car, damage was done, owner states he had 360 blink cameras on his rig but didnt know how to work them. Owner was suspose to call me back when he was able to figure out the cameras, of course never received a phone call to view footage. Beware!
