The office did not have me fill out any patient intake forms despite my asking to, and being a new patient with pertinent medical history. The provider was dismissive and insensitive. When asking questions I felt belittled by her answers. After my pap, I was not left with any wipes to clean myself with. As someone looking to start a family, this is not the place I will be going to for care.
