Terrible customer service and follow up. I have used Van Duzer Mechanical for several jobs (Furnaces, hot water heaters etc….), I always paid my invoices on time. They used to be responsive, reliable and reasonably priced. This has changed recently, they are overpriced, not responsive and don’t follow up on their work if something goes wrong. Work quality has gone down as well. It’s unfortunate!!

When a service call is needed there is a reasonable expectation that the work will be done well in a courteous manner and at a reasonable price. If you’re expecting that experience don’t call Vanduzer Mechanical.

overpriced, revengeful service. 2 people to replace bathroom faucets which we supplied and they were not very friendly and on their cell phone every time I checked on them. They charge $275.00 to walk in the door according to the worker. We had just had a death in the family and my husband was away, otherwise he would have been able to do it himself. $540.00 for an hour's worth of labor and parts (but we supplied the parts) which we wanted to discuss but no one replied to our calls to dispute the bill. These guys are criminals!!!! We paid to have a new AC unit installed. They installed the wrong size handler in the attic 2 years ago! The AC hardly runs. The owner admitted they made the mistake and would fix the problem! Now they don't return phone calls and I am going to have to spend another $5,000 to fix their mistake! SAVE YOUR MONEY, shop anywhere but here!
