I live local to VanDuzer plumbing . So I thought I’d hire local for a drip in tub spout. It needed a new shower cartridge , 20 minute job, didn’t know it was $275.00 just to walk in the door. $468.00 to remove and replace a shower cartridge. I’m Sorry never again. Rip off. Way overpriced for this job.

Terrible customer service and follow up. I have used Van Duzer Mechanical for several jobs (Furnaces, hot water heaters etc….), I always paid my invoices on time. They used to be responsive, reliable and reasonably priced. This has changed recently, they are overpriced, not responsive and don’t follow up on their work if something goes wrong. Work quality has gone down as well. It’s unfortunate!!

When a service call is needed there is a reasonable expectation that the work will be done well in a courteous manner and at a reasonable price. If you’re expecting that experience don’t call Vanduzer Mechanical.

overpriced, revengeful service. 2 people to replace bathroom faucets which we supplied and they were not very friendly and on their cell phone every time I checked on them. They charge $275.00 to walk in the door according to the worker. We had just had a death in the family and my husband was away, otherwise he would have been able to do it himself. $540.00 for an hour's worth of labor and parts (but we supplied the parts) which we wanted to discuss but no one replied to our calls to dispute the bill.
