overpriced, revengeful service. 2 people to replace bathroom faucets which we supplied and they were not very friendly and on their cell phone every time I checked on them. They charge $275.00 to walk in the door according to the worker. We had just had a death in the family and my husband was away, otherwise he would have been able to do it himself. $540.00 for an hour's worth of labor and parts (but we supplied the parts) which we wanted to discuss but no one replied to our calls to dispute the bill. These guys are criminals!!!! We paid to have a new AC unit installed. They installed the wrong size handler in the attic 2 years ago! The AC hardly runs. The owner admitted they made the mistake and would fix the problem! Now they don't return phone calls and I am going to have to spend another $5,000 to fix their mistake! SAVE YOUR MONEY, shop anywhere but here!
Trying to get this company scheduled has been an absolute nightmare. When we finally did make an appointment, they no showed. At one point, I tried calling them 10 times in a row and they never picked up. To add to it, their inbox was full so we couldn’t even leave a voicemail. They have been extremely frustrating to work with and I do not at all recommend them
This company used to be great but after having them install a new HVAC system in my house they have become increasingly unresponsive to my requests to have the system optimized. This has been going on for almost two years now with them most recently ignoring my last two requests for service.
