Absolutely terrible. It costs $600 a month just to live in a cockroach and cat infested filthy home and area. The landlord will tell you to handle the critters on your own. Plus there's no AC in the place!! The landlord is always gone too...and I think it's on purpose. Everyone living there is poor and miserable because of this. I'm trying hard to get my boyfriend outta that dump. They need to be torn down or reported!
