Well, I have bought 3 cars from VanDevere. That stops NOW. Very disappointed in their dealership. The finance guy, Sean, did not tell me about the extra $4000 he added to my purchase until I had to ask him what that was for. He never told he it was 36 months. He never told me I could cancel anytime I wanted. Not illegal, but not ethical either. I asked for a second key and was told the original owner didn't turn one in. OK. They should have provided one. Vehicle listed on website was not even available for purchase upon time of arrival into the dealership, after we called and spoke directly to the call center about that truck! We begged to be able to view the vehicle, after all we drove there specifically for that truck, they brought it around and stated we could look but not drive and if we liked it we could put $100 down to get it it moved to the top of the recon list.
