Had THE WORST experience at Vandevere this morning. If an appointment is made to complete a service and the business might not be able to complete the service, they should really inform you of their limitations on the phone when you make the appointment, not 1.5 hours after you drop your car off. I wouldn't have wasted my time. What a bunch of incompetent workers. Never going back there again!
The free car wash for an Encore is lacking. Only the front and sides get washed. I guess you have to go in a second time backwards to get the back of car cleaned.
Do not buy a car from here and expect to be treated fairly when it comes to warranty work!!! Their scam artists when it comes to the lifetime warranty!!!!
