The way they do business is not acceptable. My wife went there to do free estimate for braces, and they randomly charged her insurance maximum amount she is allowed to use which is $1500, and it been more than 8 months, bunch of calls, emails, and no refund. We installed braces elsewhere, and wanted them to service them since they already took our money, and after making appointment, they randomly called my wife and cancelled her appointment for no reason, or miscommunication. We’ve been with this office for little over a year now and have only had the best experience. Doctor and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They offer many fun events and rewards, always making my daughter feel special. I’d most definitely recommend VanDevanter Orthodontics to friends and family!😊
Dr. VanDevanter is a friendly and knowledgeable orthodontist. My daughter’s teeth looking amazing in a short amount of time! The staff are awesome, super friendly and always on time. They offer fun rewards. The office is very up to date, clean and has activities for kids of all ages while you wait. It’s a very hip place. I highly recommend it! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
Love our Orthodontics! They are so personable, easy to work with, pleasant to work with...they’re more like friends than a doctor or dentist office! Not to mention, Destiny’s teeth are looking AMAZING!
My son had a very personalized experience. They really took time to understand his lifestyle and help make a patient centered treatment plan that met his particular needs.

The best orthodontist! Dr VanDevanter and staff are all amazing and super friendly. Dr V is very knowledgeable. I love that appointments are always on time and I leave the office knowing the exact treatment plan. Can’t ask for a better team!
