Working with Chase Underwood was amazing. I think he holds the record for closing a houseboat sale in 3 days. From start to finish he was on top of everything and made it happen before we had to put our things in storage. He even reprogrammed the house lock for us which required taking the whole lock apart! He made this the smoothest transaction we have ever had. He’s just plain terrific!
