Caution and warning. When you make an appointment be aware of pushy money grab tactics from the office personnel and what their computers tell them. If it's been awhile since your last exam and an insurance change happened to a spouses employers insurance they submit regardless and keep the co-pay. I even wonder if they're charging more for the service without exact insurance because nobody as in customers really checks the rate they submitted to the phantom insurance.
I called on Monday and was able to be seen on Tuesday. The appointment went very well. Dr. Vanderyajt answered all of my questions and was very helpful. His staff was excellent. I am looking for to getting my glasses.
From the beginning this place is kind of a bad idea, 1 they told me that the glasses would cost me 250 plus the payment for the analysis, I think it was about 120, it turns out that after the analysis they told me that I had to pay 350 in total to have a glass fitted which they will not be very wide, it is like a strategy they use after you analyze yourself to increase the price by saying that you have to pay more so that the lenses of glasses are not so thick, something that they have to pay more so money. didn't tell me be... read more
