I have been using them for several years, but unless you had them install your system, they treat you like any other first time Customer - and they treat first time Customers poorly.It's mid June, and I still can't get them out to start my system for this year.Was told by them to get someone else if not happy.Terrible ****************

New irrigation system did not last a single full season. Leaked 3 times in the same place, 6 months apart. Appointments are always 2+ weeks out. They treat fixing their mistakes as a favor. Messy, left dirt behind everywhere after installing the system. Had to constantly micromanage - poor plumbing job, everything crooked. Forgot to install sprinklers and told me I owe them for installing extra.
RecommendedGreat organization. Brian, their technician, did an outstanding job taking time to re-work items and attentive to re-explain operations. Very thoughtful, was Brian, during his service visit.
Professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Great customer service.
Customer for many years. When we called a few days ago with an emergent leak, we were told they don't cover our area anymore, and to look for someone else. Don't blame the person answering the phone. The owner must not want to stay in business.
Reliable and knowledgable. On both the irrigation and landscape lighting sides of the business.
The best group of workers and owners in the tri state area.
