I love than ice cream and live nearby. Although, the last time we were there and stood in a long line, it seemed as if our order was overlooked. We waited and waited. People who ordered after us were getting Thiers and finally after about 10 min. we were asked what we ordered. Had to repeat it again. Then waited longer to have order filled. You really need to get on top of this!! Give everyone on staff a particular job, or make a line for the employees to follow when filling orders. I only eat ice cream at Vanderwende's. I live dairy free except when driving to/from the beach. Vanderwende's is a must!

Everytime I stop by the line is long & slow moving, the employees are rude & there is always extra people walking around doing nothing when they could be helping with the long line. The last visit was around 8pm (closing at 9)- as always the line was long & the employees there were watching the clock & complaining about the line/customers right in front of everyone. It's due to your employees that I will not return.
Just stop by and my purchased their caramel apple and I purchased their pumpkin pie. So delicious!
