Joel knows real estate. I've had the privilege of working with him twice on closings. During the process of closing on a sale, Joel found a deed to secure debt that was not properly resolved by the lender. He worked tirelessly to solve this in short order to ensure closing happened on time. A second refinance happened with no issues and both the lender and I were happy! He has also made himself available to answer real estate questions as the arise.
