Mrs. We were very excited when my cousin gave birth to a baby boy. We wanted to celebrate the occassion by sending a beautiful floral arrangement. I left the details of the arrangement to the clerk and left specific instructions to give me lots of blue and baby parafanalia. I was so dissapointed and embarresed to see the floral arrangement that was delivered to the hospital on my behalf. I called the store and talked to the manager. REMARKABLE SERVICE & CREATIVITY!!! I went into VanderSalm's to get an anniversary gift for my wife, assuming I would only find flowers... boy was I surprised! Their staff not only was welcoming and patient, but had several different ideas to suggest after hearing what she liked. They helped me design around an orchid plant in a really beautiful vase, which bloomed for 5 months, and has rebloomed again! Gorgeous Flowers!!! I recently received flowers from my husband for our anniversary from VanderSalm's and they were spectacular! I have never seen such a beautiful arrangement before in my life. It was an arrangement of wildflowers that were grown to perfection. I loved them so much I just sent my mom an arrangement just to brighten up her day.
