We were in need of a NEW roof since ours was almost 25 years old. We had been noticing moss/algae on the north side of our roof. I got estimates from other companies 3 years ago and was reluctant to go ahead then. We decided to go ahead and go with Vanderpool Roofing this year because of the recommendations from our friends that had roofs installed by them. They were not wrong. Vanderpool roofing put a roof on my house over 10 years ago. It still looks amazing. They just recently put one on my daughter‘s house. It looks beautiful and it amazes me how you can go to work and come home and have a new roof and it is so clean and looks like no one has ever been there. I would highly recommend Vanderpool over any other roofing company and I worked in the home improvement industry for over 20 years.

Contacted Vanderpool on 12/31 to get an estimate on an active leak. Amanda said they could schedule the estimate for 1/11. When inquiring about what time to expect them, I received no answer. I asked to be put on ASAP as it is an active leak. No one showed up on 1/11 and never heard back from them. I'd recommend looking at other roofing companies.
