I made an appointment. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t have a choice who I wanted for a Dentist. After doing X-rays , Dr Noquera came in. She was not friendly, read the X-rays and instead of explaining what dental needs I needed, she more concerned with what I wanted to spend. She was rude, spoke down to me and the staff. It was nothing but a MONEY GRAB! I got up and told her that she was more concerned in generating income than caring for the Patient. Not a whole lot, office is clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and appointments always run on time. Can't complain.
I'm always well-treated by all of the staff. It's a very friendly office. There was a song playing that sounded like Psycho Killers. I will say I didn't think it was appropriate for an office, especially one that has children as patients.
