I had one of the BEST SERVICE .THANK YOU TO Joe, Service manager. I had Lexus RX 350 TPMS light came on after I changed the snow tires .But before I left the light was not on ,after I left the dealer light came on.Shop thought that my car computer registered the sensors automatically, because of this reason they did not do any work on it ,I was upset that I drove an hour to get the service .I did not want to drive all the way to Oshawa to Lexus dealer.But Joe understood my frustration and corrected right away very politely a... read more
Do not get the undercoating for your vehicle. I paid $600.00 for undercoating that did not work and was informed that there was no warranty for their product. What a waste of money. Head to Krown. They know how to support a customer.
Had a great experience at this Dealer. I was treated with respect. They answer the phone when you call. You can tell it is Family run. Hats off to my young salesman Steve. He even picked me up at the train station early before his shift. I guess it was his first sale (at this Dealer) he said they treated him well as an employee too.
