We LOVE vanderloo and white. They are so great with our fur babies and always address our concerns. They are always thorough in exams and explanations, and never beat around the bush.
I love this place. The doctors are more than accommodating and are willing to answer questions. They don’t tiptoe around a diagnosis, and they get right to the point. I will continue to take my fur babies here. Great customer service!
They will charge you for tests that they never asked for your permission for. They do not care about your or your pet. Dr. White laughed on the phone when I spoke to him that he found some significant findings in my dogs blood and that I should consider actually paying for it so he would give me the result. This was the flea and tick screen that he performed without my permission. I told him that I always call ahead and confirm what I will be paying at the time of service.
