What a mess! I just cancelled all of my policies with this agency! These people are idiots and can't seem to keep my properties straight. I had a delightful agent who I worked with after 3 of my oher agents were either fired and/or quit. I was supposed to be in the other girls alphabet, but asked that I deal with the more experienced agent. She was professional and kept everything in order for me. Fake review I think the previous review was done by someone who works there or is a friend of the agency...I have spoken to a few people who had insurance there and there is so much turn over you never know who you are going to talk to and if they are going to know what they are talking about. Reggie Adams is rude and Vanderlip was better of without him.
Friendly insurance broker I have used Vanderlip Insurance's services for ten years and have been satisfied with the rates and plan options available to me. My car and home insurance are both through companies affiliated with Vanderlip and I previously had renter's insurance through them also. I have shopped around for rates and have rarely found a better deal and never found the better deal to be with insurance companies rated as highly as the ones I have.
