This is the worst landlord I’ve ever had FYI the apartments at 507 e 81 are rent controlled and David Moses is a creep liar and I’m pretty sure he doesn’t own any of his properties some mega corp does f’ck you David and the Bitter b*tches at your office
The WORST experience of my entire life. Do not care about tenants at all. They only care about their streams of revenues. I contacted David Moses 5x just to get one respond...I felt unsafe and terrified living in the apt because of our next door neighbor HARASSED us. Their answers to the solutions?....well you didn't cooperate with us in throwing the man out. Imagine being in our shoes...how are we supposed to cooperate when the dude lives in the same building.
