I had a tree fall thru my fence unto my neighbors roof during that storm in May. Having only lived here for a few months and never going through something like this was pretty stressful. I called Vanderkooi Tree Service and they came out same day to take care of it. My neighbor was also on board with them to do the work. What a great job the crew did of removal and cleanup! Hunter and his team were on site quickly, handled an incredibly complex and dangerous job with total professionalism. What really stood out to me was how honest Hunter was from start to finish — not just during the removal, but afterward as we navigated a very frustrating and drawn-out insurance process. At first things were great. Early March, I had requested someone come out and look at our trees and someone was at our house within 24 hours. We got two quotes, one for cutting down some trees and one for having the arborist come out. We didn't want to make decisions about taking down a tree, till we spoke with the arborist. My neighbor Ryan had a few trees taken care of today... eventhough I'm not a customer, I just wanted to comment about the quality of work they did!! They did incredible work and To be honest, for a tree company, given the circumstances, they were as quiet as could be!! Very professional!
