My husband's truck had been running great. We were so happy we purchased it. Then Ford called us in for a recall. Since they did the recall the transmission doesn't work. My husband had been back and forth with these people over this issue and out of a truck for over a month. Supposedly they finally fixed the problem, so we thought. Nope! I had a great experience with Vanderhyde Ford. They were not pushy and very nice to work with. The buying process was smooth and efficient. I scheduled an appointment for the test drive and when we got their they had the truck ready for us to check out. Kristine was extremely helpful and great to work with answering all of our questions. I would 100% buy a car from them again in the future.

Though this small-town Ford dealer is further away from my home, I prefer to purchase and service our vehicles there, despite other Ford dealers closer to me. They also will come and pick up my vehicle and return it, no charge. That is convenience, right? The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, fair and friendly. "It is worth the ride to VanderHyde", as they say, even if you don't have them pick and deliver your vehicle.

I brought my Explorer in for an oil change - it had been 5,000 miles since the last one and while waiting for the job to be the cabin air filter had a mouse nest in it. He asked if I wanted the filter replaced and I agreed and thanked him. I appreciate Vanderhyde Brothers Ford in Cedar Springs. I trust them to give me the honest truth about my vehicle and that is why I drive 60+ miles one way for that service.
