Location no longer sells or services Vanderhalls.
Difficult if not impossible to get anyone on the phone about Vanderhall parts or service. They only have one person available that can assist and unless that person is available, you either need to call again or wait and _hope_ for a return call. If you call and rolls away from the Parts Dept, someone just hangs up on the call. After about 20 calls of no one picking up, went to leave a message for (no) call back and can't even do that as the VM is full.
Deathtrap on wheels. Beware
