RecommendedUse this company!!!!! I called on Monday and he said his first appointment was Friday but if something came up he would call. Next day he called and said he had an opening and fixed an issue with my fridge. He is extremely knowledgeable on warranties. I would say more than the LG reps. I honestly feel like he has the customers best interest in mind. He was very nice and respectful. I would recommend to anyone.
You have to call them with any issues. Kyle has been great to work with and knows his stuff. He was the only serviceman to come out , know how to diagnose the ongoing problem and repair it permanently. We have had total appliance and a&e appliance out both who didn't know how to fix our ice maker so they just kept replacing parts. The others wasted our time and never fixed the problem. Call Kyle if you want the job done right with knowledgeable and friendly service.
VanderDoes Home Services is the only appliance repair company that I call when something breaks down. I love that they give me a set time so I don't have to wait around all day. They are clean, friendly, and work fast. They really know their stuff and their prices are more than fair.
Kyle has been our go to guy for almost 10 years! He has kept our appliances humming along with his expertise and will honestly recommend a new appliance if the one he checks out is not worth a the price of a repair.
