Was seen at the end of 2023 for an exam and was told I could grab my script at any time. Went in to get contacts in 2024 and even though there was a price discrepancy to what was quoted, we paid and tried to be gracious. When I went in today to grab my paper copy of the script to order new frames online I was told they wouldn’t release it to me and I would have to pay for a new exam.
