Great workout equipment. Swimming pool. Track, treadmills, etc. Great instructors and classes.
Warning: Months ago I booked via booking dot com a couple of nights at Vanderbilt but cancelled shortly afterwards cost free and received a confirmation about this. Now I see that YMCA Vanderbilt charged my credit card with a substantial unauthorized amount. Worst thing is that nobody responds neither to my requests (by phone and email) nor to the ones by booking dot com for clarification/reimbursement. I am somehow shocked about this business approach.

Been a member for over 20 years. Went there as a child. Friendly with all the staff. Had my locker robbed today and lost every thing I made as a bartender over weekend-in a moment at the showers. This is a huge amount for my circumstances. Management didn't even offer me a few months as compensation. After all these years. Really disappointing. I'm a single mom, trying my best. And I thought this local "community" themed non profit would have more empathy at a time like this.
