I had a prostate biopsy and MRI with Dr. Chang. I was told the day of the biopsy that someone would call me within a couple of days to go over the results. I waited by my phone for a week. No one ever called. When I complained, I was told by Russ Kunick that no one would ever tell me that, and it is completely normal to not speak with the patient after a biopsy, He said it is the patients responsibility to contact them if they have any questions about the results.
