This had to be one of the worst experiences I've had with a physician. I originally called to get into their Long haul covid clinic. They sent me to an internist instead. I waited 3 months for my appointment. I felt the doctor was condescending and didn't really listen to me. He kept mentioning anxiety. I'm on a low dose of clonazepam that I've been on for 20 years and he told me he thought I should get off of it. I had a great experience here. everyone is so nice and Dr. Bick was great. I appreciate people who take the time to explain things and show they care
I went to see Dr. Jones because I felt very sick after an international airplane trip from Edinburgh to Nashville in which many people were coughing. The next day I went to VanderbiltWalk Clinic in Belle Meade. I was never given a Covid test but a home test turneed positive. The next day I had an appointment at Vanderbilt Internal medicine with my doctor Dr Jones. Se never offered to test me for covid, and when I showed concern she commented that in any case I didn't. I was inquiring about a flu shot after being sent to three different counters. I finally get to the Internal medicine desk and the lady who assists me is so rude. Blurting out confidential information with no regard for HIPPA. She was extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t be dealing with the general public if she cannot refrain from breaking HIPPA laws.
