What the residents fail to realize is Aimee’s job is to fill up the complex so the owners can make good on their investment. The name has been changed 3 times only thing has changed is the rent increase this was not management this was the owners..The owners need to be held accountable. It’s been peaceful because Vanderbilt is half empty but once it fills up might as well change the name back to Amy Jo Manor. The not so funny thing isI bet you the owners wouldn’t live out here so why should regular people??
Apartments used to have a/c they removed them now you have to provide your own while rent sitting at 822 to 1,000 something every month for people that can’t afford to buy they’re own a/c due to how expensive things are especially when you trying to buy food and pay bills at the same time main reason why people not considering moving in here looking forward to moving soon they won’t even remolded the outside of them give them a different color and maybe they will get people to move in them instead of half fixing them up too ... read more
I love our new Manager and her caring attitude she treats people with kindness and respect something that was missing from previous management…She brought with her a great maintenance team that actually fix the things needed…The problems out here are the residents that don’t have respect for the community… Children are rude along with the parents..They don’t respect the rules.. Would give these homes a five but they been here for several years and ain't got A/C you tell me we give them all this money for rent and we got to buy our own A/C
I moved out there 3 years ago I instantly broke my lease after three months. The roaches are unbearable along with mice. At that time I was paying $650 a month. A couple of friends of mine who still lived out there that is trying to move say they raised the rent $822 and $1032 a month. Imagine paying all that rent to live with roaches and mice. Not to mention neighbors letting their dog poop in your side of the yard and not get it up. Ridgecrest is not the best but for that amount of money at least you get central air. River... read more
