I came in for a ct scan today, I get in the back and they tell me they have to put an iv in. I told them I am a hard stick and they need to go in the hand. They tell me “for the contrast we have to go in the arm” I say okay go for it. Knowing it’s not gonna work. The first stick was painful. She was wiggling the needle around inside of me. I have been calling the radiology department for image CDs for over an hour , no one picks up , finally someone picked up and said call a doctor and hung up, this place is a joke
Made sure to send an early check in and get your money up front, but failed to tell you the parking area went away and to give you directions as to where your multiple pre-visit testing was to be performed. Three ( “3” ) appointments and not one word about where in the clinic (includes many floors and many offices) your appointment was. We had to go 2-3 mph inside of a parking garage to find handicap parking on the “6th” floor!!!!!!! Scheduled an appointment for my mother last week and they scheduled her for Jan 14. Come to find out the person that scheduled it never actually put it in so now my mother has to wait until MARCH. Completely ridiculous. Beyond irritated.
