Most definitely the worst property management in the city. The board at my building released them 2 years after signing. It was near impossible to get responses from the property manager (Paul L). The overall resident experience dropped in a very significant way across the board when they took over.
Steve and Bari are a pleasure to work with. Wonderful property managers here in NY. Thank you so much for the care and concern you put into your clients. Always professional. Always communicative and quick in responding.
