Mr Kapner it is the middle of a blizzard. I contacted you and the Super about no electricity in my apartment multiple times. Zero response. Our neighbors have electric. You and the Super have never returned any calls or emails whenever there is a problem. HPD continues to issue Violations at 253 West 16 St 10011. The floor above was replaced with damage to my ceiling and the fixtures with the bulbs exploding. Their furniture was left in the hallway on the 4th floor. Most definitely the worst property management in the city. The board at my building released them 2 years after signing. It was near impossible to get responses from the property manager (Paul L). The overall resident experience dropped in a very significant way across the board when they took over.
Steve and Bari are a pleasure to work with. Wonderful property managers here in NY. Thank you so much for the care and concern you put into your clients. Always professional. Always communicative and quick in responding.
