Do not use Vanderbilt Realty! Save yourself the stress!! If I could put 0 stars I would! Toni Ciambriello was my agent and Steve Moller is her broker. They approved a tenant that could not afford to pay his rent or pay his water bill. They also advised me to sign an addendum with the lease agreement to give the same tenants 6 months to get financing during prime selling season in Naples. Btw...those tenants owe back taxes and never did get financed to buy my home! What a waste of 6 months!!! I was promised print marketing in... read more
